Board Composition
The Board is responsible for formulating, reviewing and approving the Company’s strategy, budgets and corporate actions, identification of risks and implementation of internal controls. The Company holds Board meetings at least eleven times each financial year and at other times as and when required. It comprises of the non-executive Chairman, two independent non-executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Managing Director of the Cyber Security Division.
The Board considers that it has an appropriate blend of skill and experience and will implement a process of performance evaluation and development.
The Board refers in its annual report and website its objectives and strategy, the principal risks facing the Group and the internal controls adopted to address such risks and how the Company proposes to fulfil its corporate governance objectives.
